Karen Hutson is Director of Training and Support for Exceleron. Karen has been with Exceleron since its founding in 1999. As Director of Training and Support, Karen leads Exceleron’s team of customer support and integration specialists and works closely with Exceleron’s 100+ utility customers. Often heard saying, “Be the hero!,” Karen is a passionate advocate for prepay utility services and she goes out of her way to provide the best customer service possible. She is a graduate of Frostburg State College in Maryland.
