| Managing Customer Accounts |
Account Creation -
Management Portal also allows you to manage your consumers’ accounts. From the user-based login, you will be permitted to control all required information necessary to enroll both new consumers and convert existing postpaid consumers to the new PAMS prepaid model. Here is a list of some of the features the Management Portal offers you during account creation.
- Retrieve current consumers’ information from your CIS package.
- Utilize your consumers’ deposit.
- Transfer any existing balances from your CIS package.
- Offer the ability to view past usage from your AMR package in both kilowatt hours as well as dollar amounts.
- Control the frequency and time of day the consumer will receive notifications of their account status.

Account Managment -
Once a consumer has been enrolled inPAMS prepaid system, the
Management Portal offers you another set of features. These features include options such as:
- The ability to view payments and other transactions made through your traditional CIS package.
- The ability to process payments within the Management Portal and have them reflected in your CIS package. (For more information on this topic, please refer to PAMS Power–To–Go cards.)
- The ability to apply any necessary fees in the Management Portal and have them applied to your CIS package.
- The ability to perform remote disconnect and re-connect of customers.
