In addition to the Notification Services, PAMS also provides the prepaid consumer convenient access to their account and usage information 24 hours a day. The Inbound Consumer Service Portal provides both telephone and internet access.

INTERACTIVE TELEPHONE
RESPONSE SYSTEM (IVR)

Account information may be accessed by telephone by calling the 24 hour interactive voice response system. The IVR is connected directly to the PAMS database and provides real-time information to the consumer from any telephone. When calling the IVR, the consumer will be
asked to enter either his  utility account number or home telephone number. Once connected, the consumer is prompted to select from several options including current account balance, last five days of usage
information last five days of usage information and the nearest payment location.  The consumer will also be able to make a payment utilizing a credit card, check, or PAMS’ prepaid card.
The multilingual IVR is fully customizable for the service provider allowing hours of operation, emergency contact numbers and other information to be provided.

Consumers with an internet connection can access their account by logging in with their username and password that was assigned during the account creation process.  Access to this website is restricted to only those consumers that have requested a username and password and have been setup via the Management Portal by a customer service representative. Access can be revoked at anytime if necessary.
If the consumer has not yet enrolled in the prepaid program, enrollment can be requested via the internet.
